Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Reduced prices are on offer for stays of longer than 14 days. Days of non-occupancy that do not make up a full week will be charged at 25% of the daily rate. During the World Cup this charge applies for non-occupied days less than 2 weeks, unless a longer stay is not possible due to prior bookings.
- A final check-in and out charge of 75 Euros for cleaning/laundry etc will be made at the end of the stay. If you desire extra maid/laundry services at any time during your stay, this can be arranged.
- 50% of the rental sum is payable upon booking. The balance is due up to 4 weeks prior to occupancy.
Cancellation refunds:
• up to 8 weeks - 25% cancellation charge (50% of deposit)
• from 8 to 4 weeks - 50% of rate charged (100% of deposit)
• Less than 4 weeks - no refund.
A R 5000 security deposit (or £/€/$ equivalent) is payable at the handing over of the keys at the beginning of your stay, refundable in full if no damages or losses are incurred.

- There are two double bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathrooms, so if you are two single occupants you would have a bedroom and bathroom each, and if you are a couple sharing a bed, you would have a choice of which bedroom to stay in, and the other will be kept empty so that you will have the entire house, pool and garden to yourselves. The house is ideal for two couples, but if you are 5 or 6, there is a sofa bed in the form of a fold-up futon in the living room that can be used as an extra bed, In such a case, the occupants of the living room would have to share the second couple's bathroom, which is accessible through a separate entrance. Aside from that, in terms of seating and dining, cutlery plates etc, there is plenty for six or more guests.

Information for golfers: The following nine golf courses are within a half hour drive from Sun Lion Villa: Bellville, Clovelly, Metropolitan, Milnerton, Mowbray, Rondebosch, Royal Cape, Steenberg and Westlake. A further nine clubs are reachable within the hour: Atlantic Beach, Boschenmeer, Erinvale, Pearl Valley, Somerset West, Spier, Stellenbosch and Strand. There are four more golf courses within the Western Cape Province; Arabella, Hermanus, Langebaan and Worcester, but those can only realistically be enjoyed as part of an entire day trip outing.
Some recommended outings: Cape Point Nature Reserve, Table Mountain cable car (only 4 kms away) and the famous Stellenbosch and Paarl wine routes.
Other Activities: Hiking, helicopter rides, shark diving, whale watching
