Year round retreat in pristine natural setting adjacent to 9000 acre Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge. 50 yards to great beach where you can walk for miles, boat, fish, bird watch, swim (no lifeguard). 4 miles to Rookery golf course; 15-20 minutes to Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, movies, outlet shopping, antiquing, great restaurants. Hiking, kayaking, biking, windsurfing, horseback riding and deep sea fishing and boat tours available nearby. Less than 3 hours from Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington! A great retreat from the city only half a tank of gas away!
